And one more point about SPA etiquette: Please remember that the SPA and beauty facility is a place for relaxation and recuperation. Children are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

Opening times

Appointments for treatments
We recommend that you should arrange your appointments by telephone or email with our Livingroom SPA reception before your arrival. Please keep in mind that as a rule we require an advance booking time of around two weeks so that we can take your wishes regarding the treatment and therapists into account.

Treatments
In order to relax and prepare yourself for your treatment you are requested to come to the Livingroom SPA reception five minutes in advance. Our staff will collect you for your treatment from the lounge. Please note that if you are late it will not be possible to extend the treatment time.

Cancellations
You can cancel an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. However, if you cancel your treatment at short notice we will have to charge you 80 % of the treatment costs.

Clothing
 Please come for your treatment wearing a bathrobe and slippers. During the treatment you will be covered by towels, and disposable underwear is provided. Only the sauna is a clothing-free zone - swimwear is required in the pool area.

Your health
Please inform us about your wishes and any special physical conditions in advance so that we can provide you with a treatment in line with your needs. In the case of pregnancy in particular, advance information should be provided.

Hygiene
Out of consideration for other guests you are requested to observe the sauna rules which are displayed. For example, no clothing is allowed in the sauna, but towels should also be used to sit on. Please have a shower before entering the pool.

Children in the Livingroom SPA
 The Livingroom SPA is a place of rest and recuperation. We hope you will therefore appreciate that children are only allowed in the pool area, and during the period from 7:00am to 12:00am. Please note that parents are responsible for supervising their children.

The Livingroom SPA bag
 In your room you will find an individual bathrobe and a Livingroom SPA wellness bag which a pair of slippers. If the bathrobe is the wrong size, the reception at the Livingroom SPA has a range of different sizes and types of slipper available.
You will find towels for the pool in the bathroom, while the SPA reception will provide towels for the sauna. For the sake of the environment you are requested to be economical with your use of towels during your stay in the Livingroom SPA.

Day SPA
At selected times and depending on availability Day SPA guests are very welcome. However, our Day SPA places are limited, so you should book well in advance! We hope that you will appreciate that guests are not permitted to bring their own bathrobes or towels, but your own non-slip bathroom slippers are of course allowed.
